Sales Support Administrator

To provide general administrative and data processing support for the SWS sales department. Responsibilities include support of routine and periodic tasks for the sales team, and administrative support to directors of marketing and sales. Includes, detailed sales reporting, daily new business tracking, sales representative and dealer performance status and market information report maintenance.


  • Calendar, travel and expense(Concur) management for both marketing and sales directors
  • Distribution of channel operations bulletins
  • Channel partner portal maintenance
  • Channel partner contact list maintenance
  • and SmartLead contact maintenance
  • Process gift card programs
  • File system maintenance
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Process daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reporting
  • Create, modify and improve PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing
  • Maintain sales literature library; fulfill sales literature requests
  • Download and populate Toro market information systems; update and maintain reports
  • Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
  • Pricing matrix creation and management


  • Responsible for the direct support to the sales and marketing teams in SWS
  • Time estimate: 25% administrative, 50% analytics/reporting, 25% assigned projects 
  • Detailed reporting for both sales and marketing; sales representatives and dealer performance - monthly and quarterly
  • Works with and/or supports directors of sales and marketing, outside sales, inside sales, cross-functional Toro personnel and vendors


  • Post high school education desired
  • 2-6+ years of experience
  • Detail oriented with strong spreadsheet skills
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, with ability to work under pressure with frequent deadlines and changing priorities
  • Demonstrable effective and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including Access and pivot tables
